Kick off the reunion weekend in style with a themed welcome party—wear your favorite Avant Garde shirt and reunite with old friends. This no-charge event features a cash bar and plenty of great company to start the weekend off right!
Saturday, September 13, 2025 – 50th Reunion Celebration Banquet Location: Saratoga – Wilton Elks Lodge 161 – 1 Elks Lane, Saratoga Springs, NY
5:00 PM | Doors Open – Enjoy a 90-minute reception with an appetizer station and cash bar.
5:30 PM | Hall of Fame Inductions – Celebrate our newest Hall of Fame members during the cocktail hour as we honor their contributions to Avant Garde.
6:30 PM | Dinner & Program – A formal evening featuring:
Three-course meal Heartfelt video with surprise guests Special guest speaker

9:00 – 11:00 AM | Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs – 232 Broadway, Saratoga Springs Meet up for a casual breakfast before saying our goodbyes. 11:00 AM | Congress Park, Saratoga Springs Group photo on the steps to commemorate this milestone event. To be done on the stairs leading down into the park directly behind the Holiday Inn.

Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs room block for September 12-15, 2025.
Rooms are being held for Friday and Saturday at a rate of $219 per room per night and rooms on Sunday at a rate of $159 per room. The room block is set up and ready for guests to make reservations.
